I am so excited! This Friday night is the Spring Fling at our school and Ashley and I are in charge of the cakewalk. Our first decision was to change the name to the “CUPCAKE WALK”!! Have you ever played? You walk around numbered sidewalk squares and when the music stops if you are standing on the “lucky” number, you are the WINNER!! There is SO much to do and we are SUPER HAPPY that our moms are helping. Cupcakes, music, cupcakes, tickets,cupcakes, sidewalk chalk, and the most important thing….what am I going to wear?! Sometimes boys make me so mad! They think they ALWAYS have to be right. In science class today we were talking about fruits and vegetables and Nathanial said that a cucumber was a fruit. I told him that “a cucumber was most definitely a vegetable.” He kept insisting and bothering me about it the whole day! Boys! Well, it turns out he was right (I googled it up at home)…rats! Sierra told me that I should put a cucumber on his desk tomorrow morning as a peace offering. Tell you more later, Jessica
Hey everyone! I love LEMON–lemon pie, lemonade, and of course, lemon cupcakes! But, I also like lemon bars…ooey and gooey with some powdered sugar on top. When I came home from Ashley’s sleepover I helped my mom bake a pan for our family–hooray! They taste like springtime and make Sunday a little bit sweeter. Have a great week at school, girlfriends! All of The Cupcakes spent the night at Ashley’s house on Saturday because it was a VERY SPECIAL day– Happy Birthday to Miss Ashley Sweet!! Her parents gave her a Polaroid instant camera–
and we took SO many pictures of us trying on clothes and acting like movie stars, fixing our hair and painting our nails, and the most delicious part was all of us baking cupcakes for Ashley’s special day!
Adriana was “pretty in pink” when she came to school with her Cupcakes T shirt on. She gave the first book, Shakin’ Up Soccer, Summer Style, a thumbs up. “It was fun to learn about all the girls in The Cupcakes Club,” Adriana reported.
