 I’ve been super crazy busy rehearsing “Our Song” for the talent show. My guitar teacher is totally helping me and I’m feeling pretty confident. Sometimes, I wish I didn’t have to wear my glasses because I think I look better without them….but, for now I need them to see the guitar strings! The other Cupcakes are coming over tonight to rehearse the background vocals…hope we sound great! Wish us luck, Jessica

 Today at school, Mr. Hayes asked me if I would help the new student with math problems. I say “sure, it’s okay” and I meet with the student, Chase Turner, out in the hallway to teach him the mathematics. While we were there, Ashley walked by us and her mouth is open wide and she stares at us in a very funny way. At lunchtime, I ask Ashley if there was a problem and she says that the new boy is very “hot”. My English is not so good but I do not think she means that he is on fire, no? English is a crazy language but I like it, Valentina

Hey girls, remember how I told you what a great idea it would be if I had a horse? Well, my parents didn’t exactly go along with that…but they came up with a great deal. I could take riding lessons at the stables in town and use their horses to learn how to ride and then I could see if I really like it. Plus, the big bonus is I get to wear this way cool riding outfit with a hat and almost feel like I’m in a movie–sweet! TTYL Ashley

 Jessica has decided (along with the help from her very favorite Cupcakes!) to sing Taylor Swift’s “Our Song” at the Talent show. Jessica has got a great voice and really knows how to play the guitar–so I’m sure Windsong will love her! The super cool part is that she’s going to have three backup singers with her and their names are Sierra, Ashley, and Valentina!! There was NO WAY that I was going on stage but I’ll be in the front row to cheer them on!! You go girls!! Summer
