 I start cheerleading camp next week! I’m so excited…get- excited! get-get- excited! I have been doing every cheer I know at my house and driving everyone crazy but I can’t help it…I’m excited! The cheerleaders from Glenview High School will be the leaders and teach us new floor cheers, chants, and dance routines. The Cupcakes are doing a sleepover at Summer’s house this weekend…I have really missed everyone! TTYL, Sierra

  Hola! This summer will be a very good one for me. My mother will not work and she will stay at home with my brother and me. She tells me that she will teach me how to cook, how to market and choose the good fruits and vegetables, and allow me to cook meals in the summer. I tell her that I will teach her how to speak better English and we laughed! I think I will invite the Cupcakes over for dinner that I have prepared…Hasta luego, Valentina

 Wow! My first day at riding lessons and I am so tired! This is almost like school…but much more fun. My instructor’s name is Leslie and she’s great. She’s really cool and nice to me and has been riding for about twenty years. Today, I introduced myself to the horses and Leslie told me about them… what they were like (they’re just like people!) and different parts of their body to know when I start riding. I also started learning about saddles, bridles, and lots of other stuff …my mind is going to blow up! Off to bed, tell you more L8r, Ashley

Do you garden with your mom or dad? grandparents? neighbors? You can start off small in a pot and plant just one vegetable and see what happens– or if you know anyone with a backyard garden you should ask to help if it’s okay with your parents. Cupcakes always like to learn new things and the end result is DELICIOUS!

Looking for summer fun? Invite a few friends over, bake some cupcakes, and have fun decorating! The best part of the day is chillin with your girlfriends and planning your next get together. Why not bring some of those cupcakes to the neighbor next door? The fire station? Save one for Dad…his day is coming up this weekend!

 I can’t believe the phone call I just got! The Glenview County Fair called and asked if I would like to open the Fair in two weeks with a song or two! My mom asked lots of questions and told me that it sounds like a great opportunity …wow! I should start to figure out what songs I want to sing but I better call the Cupcakes to let them know the great news…hope they can come.CU, Jessica
