When was the last time you took a ride on a swing? Swings are a great way to think or share a great story with a friend or slow down and eat a special treat…all while you’re perched on a sweet seat.

 The Cupcakes all met to decorate our lockers today.  It’s so fun to see what everyone is doing inside their little “locker rooms”. We all have LOTS of pictures of each other and magnets, mirrors, and Ashley even figured out how to have MUSIC play when you opened her door.  I “wallpapered” mine in sheet music and put lots of fun pictures up. It takes a family to keep a house running smoothly. What about you? Are you assigned household duties (also known as “chores”) to do each day or each week? Do you get an allowance for doing the work or is it just a responsibility that you need to complete?

 This may sound crazy…but I love to go back to school shopping. Not just for clothes; but for the notebooks and pens and markers and whatever else I may need to help me in school. There’s just something about fresh, clean, blank notebooks and feeling so organized when I make my lists of homework and things to do.
