Feliz Navidad everyone! Did you know that the poinsettia grew in Mexico and was brought to the United States in the 1800’s? So, I guess you have my country to thank for the red, leafy plant you see everywhere this time of year! I’m a little sad that I can’t be in Mexico but it will be fun to have snow and the cool weather here. We are celebrating at my home by going to church and coming home to a feast with roast turkey and tamales, piñatas, and  sparklers! I hope your holiday is filled with fun and family~ Valentina
